Rachel Moss ~ Lawyer

Rachel is a graduate of the University of Louisiana at Lafayette with a Bachelor Degree in Anthropology. She graduated from Southern University Law Center in Baton Rouge with a Juris Doctorate.

Rachel Moss is licensed to practice in Louisiana State Courts. Rachel is a member of Louisiana Association for Justice and a member of Young Lawyers Section of the Louisiana State Bar Association.

Peggy McCaa ~ Paralegal

Peggy is a 1991 graduate of LSU Paralegal Studies Program. She was the former administrator and senior paralegal for a national plaintiff firm. She brings to our firm more than 17 years of litigation experience in personal injury, medical malpractice and worker's compensation.

Peggy was the President of The Baton Rouge Paralegal Association from 1997-1998. She was the recipient of the 2005 Professional Excellence Award for the Department of Public Safety in the State of Louisiana.

Peggy enjoys Chinese cooking and beach outings with her three daughters and trips to visit family and friends in the Houston area.

Janice LeBlanc-Muscarello ~ Community Relations Director

Janice is a native of St. Francisville, Louisiana but has resided in the Baton Rouge area for the past 35 years.

Janice is a 1980 graduate of Denham Springs High School.

She is the former Activities Coordinator for Our Lady Of The Lake Children’s Hospital and brings with her 7 years of experience making a difference working with the community and pediatric patients, while offering support to families during their most difficult of times.

She has 12 years of volunteer experience with the Ascension Parish School System and currently volunteers as a nationally certified child passenger safety technician and is a member of the Louisiana Passenger Safety Task Force.

She was the former owner and operator of a Louisiana Motor Vehicle Inspection Station, certified through The Louisiana Department of Public Safety.

Janice is a married mother of 4 and grandmother of 3 and is always looking for opportunities to serve the community and educate on injury prevention.

She is also a member of Delta Society and is certified along with her dog Jenny through the LSU Tiger Hats program where together they make regular visits to local hospitals to help put smiles on the faces of pediatric patients and their families.

Lindsay Godo ~ Community Relations Coordinator

Lindsay is a graduate of Louisiana State University where she obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mass Communication and Journalism. She has worked the last three years in the relocation/corporate field.

Lindsay is a native of Slidell, Louisiana, but has resided in Baton Rouge for seven years and now considers it home.

Lindsay currently studies violin and has studied voice since she was five years old. She has also participated in theater productions from a young age and minored in theater at LSU.

Kassie McNabb ~ Legal Assistant

Kassie McNabb is a native of Central, LA, where she graduated from Central High School. She has been attending Baton Rouge Community College for the past two years where she studies studio art and plans to attend ITI Technical College in the summer to study drafting technology.

She likes to spend her spare time playing with her wonderful son and enjoying an occasional movie.
